Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)

Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is one such element that can be used either on its own or as part of an overall SOA architecture. ESBs are widely used because they help streamlining the transition between technology and process. By using a properly implemented ESB, the organisation can maximise return on investment on existing systems and extend system functionality – without necessitating changes in the solution.
