Communicate has expertise in integration and provides advisory services in integration strategies. We call this process a Communicate Flight or Communicate Mini Flight.

Communicate Flight

A Communicate Flight is a workshop where we establish the integration strategy together. We suggest a 3-hour meeting – a Mini Flight – as a minimum, or a 3-day workshop – a Flight – where we use teaching aids that in our experience produce very good results. The importance of having a common understanding of the map and the terrain is essential at such a Flight.

After a Flight, we guarantee that the plan is in place.

An agenda for a Communicate Flight might look like this:

A presentation of the customer's plans for integration for the next year, possibly further, with discussion around the technical solution in accordance with the desired focus.
Run-through of requirements for opening hours / response times etc. for operation, support or full outsourcing of the integration agreement (Integration Center of Excellence).
Run-through of the setup / configuration of the environment.
Project Model – how the project is to be carried out.
Prioritizing tasks – proposed roadmap.
Any other business.
