Project Management

Because of Communicate’s long experience in end-to-end implementation, we are able to provide project management for our customers. We offer both technical and administrative project management, regardless of whether we are responsible for the execution of the projects.

Our consultants work according to an iterative / incremental project model, Agile Software Development, which provides customer satisfaction by delivering functionality while maintaining overall quality and progress. A prerequisite for this is modular design, where sub-goals can be achieved independently, and that change management is performed in all phases – thereby avoiding consequences for the overall design.

Communicate support their projects and project management with a quality system that uses templates, conventions and frameworks, representing our experience in the field, to improve efficiency and quality.

We also offer project management using other models when customer requirements, procedures or needs demand it, e.g., SCRUM, which also contains many elements of Agile Software Development.
