Communicate Support is a separate division, focusing solely on operation and monitoring of our customers’ solutions, whether they are located at the customer's own premises or at a partner’s.
With an operation and monitoring agreement, the solution comes set up for:
- Proactive monitoring of the solution (regardless of location)
- Problem solving, with accompanying notifications to the client and external partners
In addition, periodic checks are carried out to reveal any potential performance issues at an early stage.
Communicate Support can also operate and monitor solutions not delivered by Communicate.
